What is The Sandbag Club?

 

The Sandbag Club is a membership-based service that allows you to purchase sandbags in advance, have them securely stored, and redeem them when a hurricane or flooding event threatens your area.

 

Why should I prepay for sandbags?

 

Demand for sandbags increases dramatically before storms, often leading to long lines and limited availability. By purchasing ahead of time, your sandbags are already reserved for you.

 

How much do sandbags cost?

 

Prepaid sandbags are $5 per bag with a minimum purchase of 10 bags. Sandbags purchased at the time of need, if available, are $10 per bag.

 

Is there a minimum order?

 

Yes. The minimum purchase is 10 sandbags.

 

Where are my sandbags stored?

 

Your prepaid sandbags are securely stored by The Sandbag Club until you choose to redeem them or your membership term expires.

 

How do I redeem my sandbags?

 

Simply contact us when you need your sandbags. We’ll verify your purchase and arrange pickup or delivery, depending on your selected service.

 

Is delivery included?

 

No. Delivery fees are separate from the cost of your sandbags and are based on your location.

 

What happens after I use my sandbags?

 

Once your prepaid sandbags have been redeemed, your membership for those bags is complete. You can start a new Sandbag Club program at the current membership rate.

 

Can unused sandbags be carried over?

 

Yes. Unused prepaid sandbags may be rolled over into your next 12-month membership term. A storage fee of $3 per unused bag applies to continue storing them.

 

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my sandbags?

 

No. All prepaid sandbag purchases are non-refundable. Unused bags may be rolled over into the next 12-month term with the applicable storage fee.

 

What areas do you serve?

 

We currently serve Pinellas County, Florida, with plans to expand into additional areas in the future.

 

Can you guarantee delivery before a storm?

 

We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, and emergency demand. Early redemption requests are encouraged whenever possible.
